PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
From time to time, RAINMAKR LDN run promotions and offers on selected products or lines. A full list of the current offers can be found below in the Current Offers section. We refer to these collectively as our "Promotional Offers". All qualifying Promotional Offers will be automatically applied to your order. All of our Promotional Offers are subject to the below terms and conditions:

They are only valid on full-priced items and cannot be used on sale or promotional items that are already discounted unless otherwise stated;
They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer;

SHOPPING CODES
On occasions RAINMAKR LDN will release Shopping Codes via email or other marketing channels. The Shopping Codes enable a discount to be applied to your order as specified on the marketing communication. To apply the Shopping Code online enter it as requested during the Check Out process. The discount will then be applied to your order, subject to the terms and conditions below:

PURCHASING GOODS ONLINE

Your order only constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us, and does not form a binding contract until accepted by us. Where you order more than one product your order contains a series of offers for each product individually. This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, details of the goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods.

We must receive full payment of the price of the goods before we can accept any offers. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.

An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an order despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any offers in an order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available, we will include details of the unavailable product in the order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.

All prices and charges on the website are in the relevant currency for the region selected at the top right hand corner of the website and in US dollars on our Rest of World site. Delivery charges will be applied based on the delivery address chosen and these will be displayed in the order process.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order via this Website you are making an offer to RAINMAKR LDN to purchase the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

By placing an order for the delivery of goods via this Website you are making an offer to RAINMAKR LDN deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms described in your order.

Once you have placed an order for goods (and delivery, if applicable) we will send you confirmation that your order has been received but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods (or for them to be delivered) has been accepted. A contract between you and RAINMAKR LDN for the sale and delivery of our goods will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. We will take payment from your credit/debit/PayPal account at the time you place your order for any made to order items. For all other types of products, your credit/debit card/PayPal account will be authorised when your order is placed and processed but you will not be charged for the value of the goods until the point that they are despatched to you. This does not affect your legal rights.

PAYING WITH KLARNA

RAINMAKR LDN have extended their payment methods by offering two payment options from Klarna; pay later and Pay in 3.
Klarna payments are subject to your financial circumstances and Klarna may reject your application to Pay later or Pay later in 3.
Klarna is an independent payment company and RAINMAKR LDN have no influence over whether your payment with Klarna is accepted or not.

DELIVERIES
Please note that a delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate. RAINMAKR LDN shall receive such delivery charge in relation to the delivery of the goods. Please see our delivery times and charges.
All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. RAINMAKR LDN cannot accept liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) if delivery takes place at any time other than the estimated date for delivery.
EU Deliveries and ROW
Deliveries to EU and ROW countries will be subject to the following terms and conditions.
By accepting these terms and conditions and requesting delivery within the EU you are making an offer to RAINMAKR LDN to deliver the goods detailed in your order upon the terms and charge described in your order. Ownership, title and risk of the goods will pass to you when the goods are placed at your disposal at our UK premises. Prices are inclusive of UK VAT at the applicable rate.

CONFORMITY OF GOODS
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of going to press. However, specifications and descriptions of products on this Website are not intended to be binding and are intended only to give a general description of the products. Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

STOCK AVAILABILITY
We endeavour to display all items currently available on our website, and aim to hold stock of all styles and sizes while a product is active. Occasionally, an item will be out of stock. If this is the case and we expect more stock to become available, this will be highlighted in your shopping basket. The stock status for your order will also be shown on your order confirmation. If the item is available to purchase on back order, we will provide a promise date for expected delivery. However, if a product is truly out of stock, you will not be able to add it to your shopping basket.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
All prices quoted on this Website are accurate at the time of publication, are quoted in pounds sterling and where appropriate are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the European Union (EU) then your sales tax will be zero. From 1st January 2021, orders from EU countries with an order value over €150 will be subject to import duty.

YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a legal right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the cancelled goods and the delivery charges. We will process the refund without delay and in any event not later than (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied; or (b) if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we receive your cancellation notification. This includes the delivery fees incurred by RAINMAKR LDN for EU deliveries, for which we will refund the equivalent amount charged for delivery. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. OUR RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely happy with the goods that you have chosen you may return them to us with 30 days of receipt in accordance with our returns policy. Our returns policy applies in addition to your legal right to cancel above and does not affect your legal rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed products.

If you return any products in accordance with our returns policy, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or, if you wish, a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the original packaging. Items can be returned outside this period if they are found to be faulty but please take extra care to read our Product Care Information page or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. From 1st January 2021, returns from EU countries will be subject to UK VAT (20%) for goods valued at £22 or more and EU customers will now be required to complete customs declarations to import the goods into the UK. In addition, import duty may be payable on goods valued over £135. RAINMAKR LDN pays all import taxes and duties on your behalf. Please contact the customer services team with proof of payment of duty and VAT and we will reimburse you. EU customers will continue to be responsible for paying carrier costs as per the existing return process.

REFUND PROCESS
Once your parcel has been received by our team it can take up to five days to process your return. Returns are dealt with in the order in which they are received, so returns sent by Recorded Delivery may reach us more quickly but do not progress more quickly through the process.
You will be notified via email has soon as your return has been processed. This can sometimes be a few days after we receive your parcel at our warehouse
Please remember it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your credit-card statement. We are not able to refund any postage charges unless your item is faulty or damaged.

Why recycle?
Unwanted electrical equipment is the UK's fastest growing type of waste. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. If you do not recycle electrical equipment will end up in landfill where hazardous substances will leak out and cause soil and water contamination - harming wildlife and also human health. We're proud to support your local authority in providing local recycling facilities for electrical equipment. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with this symbol) in your bin.

What is WEEE?
The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items.

How are we helping?
In the UK, distributors including retailers must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. As a responsible retailer, we have met the requirements placed on us by financially supporting the national network of WEEE recycling centres established by local authorities. This is achieved through membership of the national Distributor Take-back Scheme (DTS). To the fullest extent permitted by law and save as provided above, neither RAINMAKR LDN nor any associated company shall be liable to you by reason of any representation, or any implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under the express terms of the contract, or in negligence (whether on the part of RAINMAKR LDN or any of its members, agents, directors, employees or otherwise) for any indirect special or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to loss of profit or loss of saving), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever which arise out of or in connection with the use of this website, the supply of the products or their use or resale by you.
